Nature is his role model, passion his drive and freedom his breeding ground.” With these words and the highest rating of 5 Schlemmer cooking spoons, the Schlemmer Atlas once again honoured the achievements of 3-star chef Christian Jürgens and his Überfahrt team. On 16 October 2017, the Who’s Who of the industry met at the 20th Busche Gala in the Charles Hotel Munich to pay tribute to those who were honoured for their special achievements in the hotel and catering industry.
