In 2013 Christian Jürgens was already voted “Chef of the Year” – now he has again been awarded 19 out of 20 points by Gault & Millau.

Among the 7 Bavarian chefs who have made it to the highest ranks, “the impressionist from the Tegernsee” is thus at the top in 2014. Thanks to a “plate still life that Monet couldn’t have painted better” (quote from a tester).
