Remove the seeds from the remaining 3 apricots, skin and finely dice them.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce the brew by half and thicken with a teaspoon of cornflour. It should be slightly creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Let the mixture cool, add the halved silver onions and the finely chopped apricots and season to taste with the apricot vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>Stir the Petit Brebis with lemon pepper, grated lime and lemon and the sheep curd until smooth and season to taste with the juice of a lemon.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the quinoa in salted water for 15 minutes, drain on a sieve and then dry for 2 \u00bd hours in the oven at 70 \u00b0 with top and bottom heat on baking paper. Then fry in 180 \u00b0C hot rapeseed oil for 10 seconds. Grease on a kitchen paper.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and macadamias roughly and caramelise them with the isomalt sugar in a coated pan. After that, add the olive oil and season with salt. Then add the quinoa. Allow the nut soil to cool and store in a tightly closed Tupperbox until consumption.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the clacbitou thinly with a slicing machine or a hot knife and cut in half.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the apricot and onion ragout in a deep plate, pour the sheep&#8217;s cheese mixture over it and sprinkle with the nut soil. F\u00fcllen Sie ihn in einen Spritzbeutel mit glatter T\u00fclle.<\/p><p>Die Sardinenfilets absp\u00fclen und trockentupfen. Marinieren Sie sie in mit Knoblauch verr\u00fchrtem \u00d6l.<\/p><p>Die Pellkartoffeln werden quer halbiert und an den unteren Enden abgeschnitten, damit sie stehen. Die Schnittfl\u00e4chen werden mit Paprika, Cayennepfeffer, Salz und Pfeffer bestreut. Br\u00e4unen Sie die Kartoffeln unter dem Grill oder im Backofen bei starker Oberhitze unter mehrmaligem Wenden goldbraun.<\/p><p>Die Sardinenfilets werden der L\u00e4nge nach auf Holzspie\u00dfe gesteckt und in wenig \u00d6l auf der Hautseite goldbraun gebraten, kurz gewendet und herausgenommen. Salzen und Pfeffern Sie die Filets, betr\u00e4ufeln sie mit Zitronensaft und bestreuen sie mit Petersilie.<\/p><p>Die Kartoffeln werden auf vier kleine Teller gesetzt und eine Haube aus Kr\u00e4uterquark darauf gespritzt.
